Today was the 11th Annual Alice Cooper Celebrity Golf tournament, raising funds for Alice's Solid Rock Foundation. What a day! The wind was a bit strong, but the spritit of the event was even stronger as the tourney raised big money to build The Rock. After 18 holes of fun, a live auction raised more than $28,000 and Alice performed with the help of his son. More to follow...

Put those elements together and you get the 11th annual Alice Cooper Celebrity Amateur Golf Tournament, to be held Monday at the Talking Stick Golf Club, 9998 E. Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale....

Big support for a big idea.

Celebrating their dedication to THE ROCK project are Brent Richardson, CEO of Grand Canyon University, Jim Piccolo, CEO of Nouveau Riche University, and Jerry Colangelo, Solid Rock Foundation Advisory Board Member, CEO and Chairman of the Phoenix Suns, at a luncheon hosted by Alice Cooper and Jerry Colangelo. The luncheon was generously hosted by the award winning Tarbell's Restaurant.
